√   Cost Savings:  University is reducing costs by combining four services into one multifunctional machine.  Toshiba’s multifunctional copy machine will now copy, print, scan and fax reducing toner expenditures and equipment costs.

√   Infrastructure:  Toshiba’s cutting edge technology to network daily functions at no additional cost to you.
√  Equipment:  Upgraded state-of-the-art, digital, multifunctional copier/printer equipment.  

New departmental updates include:

• ProCards will be the requested form of payment for all transactions.  Other accepted forms of payment will include cash, credit, and Panther card. 
• Departments will now be able to drop-off and/or submit exams on-line for printing.  Toshiba will be using their best practice model, used in other Universities, to secure the exams until retrieved by the owner or owner’s designate.  (Additional information on the exam process will be communicated via Univmail.)
