The Fresh Food Company is FIU's on campus all-you-care-to-eat restaurant. Our display style cooking allows the chefs to prepare the food right in front of your eyes and there are over 10 different food stations to choose from! We offer a huge variety of choices and our menu changes every single day. There is also a To-Go option for those students who would like a hot and nutritious meal but don’t have the time to sit down and dine. Nutritional information for each meal is always displayed and is also available on our online menu at www.pantherdining.com.
Always on the go? You can still save money while eating on campus! Panther Bucks Plus are dollars deposited directly to your Panther ID card. They can be used at all dining locations on both the Modesto Maidique and Biscayne Bay campuses. Panther Bucks Plus are the perfect fit for college life! They can only be used on food so you can be sure to have full control over your spending and easily set a budget for yourself every semester. Use your Panther ID exactly like a debit card. It’s easy, safe, and more convenient!

With our new Textbook Integration program you can order your books right when you register for your class! Now, you can save time and money by using our new software where you have priority on used textbooks and you may conveniently order the exact textbooks required for your course, right when you register. You can pick up the order in the store or have it delivered right to your door.

- Make Banking easy!
Visit University Credit Union, your on campus financial institution. Our branch teams will provide you information about our services and assist you in opening a no monthly fee checking account with free e*branch and online Bill Payer.
